Every project starts from a concrete need. Here are three cases that show how I work.
Tailor-made application · Manufacturing
Orders managed on paper and by phone: slow quotes and forgotten jobs. I built a simple management tool where orders, drawings and deadlines live in one place, visible to the whole workshop.
Automation · Logistics
A transport company spent hours copying data between their ERP, Excel and the invoicing portal. An automation now connects the three systems: documents are generated and sent automatically, with a final human check.
Digitalisation · Construction
Reports filled in by hand on site and copied out in the office at the end of the week. Now the crew fills them in from their phones in two minutes; hours and materials go straight to administration, ready for invoicing.
