These terms explain the rules for using CableParks, including the mobile app,
public website, account features, park information, reviews, and support requests.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CableParks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
CableParks helps users browse cable parks, view park details, maintain personal
park lists, record visits, submit park updates, write reviews and like other users' reviews, see weather forecasts for parks, and contact support.
The service may include information submitted by users or collected from public
sources. CableParks may moderate, correct, hide, or remove information when needed
to keep the service useful and safe.
In the marketplace, users can sell used gear to each other and write to each other about
their listings.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login
credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. CableParks
may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that breach these terms, create risk for other
users, or misuse the service.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Content you added, such as parks,
park updates, and reviews, stays in CableParks after your account is deleted, shown as
by a "Deleted user". The Privacy
Policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
4. User Content
You may submit content such as reviews, park updates, profile details, support
messages, and visit information. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
you have the right to submit it;
it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
it does not violate another person's rights;
it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, or spam.
You grant CableParks permission to store, display, adapt, and use submitted content
as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.
5. Park Information
Park details, names, trademarks, logos, links, images, reviews, updates, and other
content shown in CableParks may belong to their respective owners or authors.
CableParks does not claim ownership of third-party or user-provided content.
Park names, addresses, locations, facilities, links, opening status, and other
details may change. CableParks does not guarantee that park information is complete,
current, or error-free.
Before travelling, buying passes, booking sessions, or relying on safety-related
information, check directly with the park or another official source.
Weather forecasts come from MET Norway (the Norwegian Meteorological Institute). They
may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and conditions at a park can change
quickly. Do not rely on them for safety decisions; check current conditions on site or
with the park.
6. Moderation and Reports
CableParks admins check the content users add. All decisions are taken by people;
CableParks does not use automated moderation.
Reviews are published right away and checked by an admin afterwards.
New parks and park changes are checked before other users see them.
Marketplace listings and their changes are checked before other users see them.
An admin may reject, correct, hide, or remove content that breaches these terms or the
law. When this happens to your review, park, or park change, we tell you why by email.
A rejected one also shows the reason in the app, and you can edit it to have it
checked again.
You can report content that you believe is illegal or breaches these terms, such as a
review or a park, also without an account: write to us through the contact page, saying where the content is and why
you are reporting it.
If you disagree with a decision about your content or your account, write to us
through the contact page and an admin
will look at it again. This does not affect your right to go to court.
7. Marketplace
CableParks is not a party to any sale in the marketplace. Buyers and sellers agree on
the price, payment, shipping, or pickup directly, and are solely responsible for them.
CableParks does not check the items, verify users, or handle payments, and gives no
guarantee about the items, their condition, or the people involved.
When you put up a listing, you confirm that:
you own the item and may sell it;
the listing and its photos describe the item accurately and are your own;
the item is not counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, recalled, or otherwise unlawful to
sell.
An admin checks every listing, and every change to it, before other users see it.
CableParks may reject, hide, or remove listings, and does not guarantee that a listing
is approved.
Use the messages only for the listing they are about. Do not send spam, harass other
users, or ask for personal data you do not need. Never pay in advance to people you do
not know; prefer meeting in person, for example at a park. You can report a listing or a
user, and block users you no longer want to hear from.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not allowed to access;
interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the service;
scrape, copy, or reuse service data in a way that harms CableParks or users;
submit malicious code, automated spam, fake reviews, or fraudulent information;
inflate or manipulate review likes, for example with multiple accounts;
put up fake listings, or use the marketplace or its messages to scam or harass other users;
use CableParks for unlawful activity.
9. Availability
CableParks may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. The service may
be unavailable during maintenance, outages, updates, or events outside CableParks'
control.
10. Liability
CableParks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law, CableParks is not liable for indirect,
incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable
law.
11. Changes to These Terms
CableParks may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be
posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means
you accept the updated terms.

The contact page is also the single point of contact for users and authorities under
the EU Digital Services Act. You can write to us in Italian or English.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. The competent courts are those
provided under applicable Italian consumer and civil procedure law.
